First time on our site? Here are some frequently asked questions with answers to help you out.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order ships with a tracking number which you can use to track your package.

When will I receive my package?
Orders take up to 48 hours to process. On average: Quebec 1 to 3 business days, Ontario and Maritimes 2 to 8 and Western Canada 5 to 10 business days.

Who can I contact with a question about my order?
Email info@insport.ca with order questions.

How do I know what my order status is?
You will receive an email confirming your order. You will then receive an email confirming it has shipped, and finally you will receive an email once it has been delivered. 

Where do I enter my discount code?
On the right side of the checkout page you will see your item(s) followed by a 'Gift card or discount code' section. Enter your code & click 'Apply.'

How do I return an order?
Orders are final sale. Please be sure to verify that you have ordered the correct product, as it cannot be returned. If you experience a manufacturing defect please contact us at warranty@insport.ca for more information.

My discount code is not working, what do I do?
Check the expiration date. Once codes expire they cannot be extended. Only 1 discount code can be applied per order.

You shipped me the wrong product, how do I return it?
Please email info@insport.ca and explain the situation. We will happily take care of this for you and apologize for the inconvenience. 

Have you forgotten your password?
Click on 'Login' and put your email and underneath that field click on 'Forgot your password?' Follow the prompts.

How much is shipping?
There is a flat fee of $15 per order for shipping. 

Can I ship the order to my home?
Staff orders from people in the outdoor industry may not be shipped to homes- only to your store. Other customers may ship to their houses.
